fa بررسی ارتباط اندازه بدن با تجمع فلزات سنگین در بافت عضله لیسه دریایی P‏eronii peronii در آبهای سواحل استان هرمزگان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">مطاله حاضر با &nbsp;هدف بررسی &nbsp;میزان تجمع فلزات سنگین سرب، نیکل و کادمیوم در بافت عضله لیسه دریایی Peronii peronii &nbsp;درآب های سواحل بندر لنگه و قشم &nbsp;در فروردین ماه صورت گرفت . برای این منظور از هر ایستگاه بطور مجزا ۳۰ نمونه جمع آوری شد و پس از خشک شدن و هضم اسیدی با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی شعله ای GBC مدل F savant سنجش گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد &nbsp;بیشترین &nbsp;و کمترین میزان فلز به ترتیب 0.112و 0.024 (میکرو گرم برگرم ) برای &nbsp;نیکل و کادمیوم در بندر لنگه و قشم به دست آمد. همچنین از رابطه غلظت نیکل، سرب و کادمیوم و میانگین وزن کل رابطه معنی داری بین میزان تجمع فلزات مذکور با وزن کل وجود دارد و همبستگی مثبت با وزن کل مشاهده شد(</span></span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%">p>0.05).&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">&nbsp;نتایج به دست آمده از رابطه غلظت نیکل، سرب و کادمیوم و میانگین طول کل لیسه دریایی Peronia peronii &nbsp;در بندر لنگه و جزیره قشم نشان داد که رابطه معنی دار بین میزان تجمع فلزات مذکور با عامل طول کل وجود ندارد و همبستگی منفی با طول کل لیسه دریایی مشاهده شد </span></span></strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">(p>0.05).</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:#212121">The aim of this study was to examine the accumulation of lead, nickel, and cadmium heavy metals in the muscle tissue of <i>Peronia peronii</i> in the waters of Bandar Lange and Qeshm in April. Thirty samples were separately collected from each station and subjected to drying and acid digestion before measurement using a flame atomic absorption device (GBC model F savant). The results revealed varying levels of metal accumulation, with the highest and lowest concentrations recorded as 0.112 and 0.024 micrograms per gram for nickel and cadmium, respectively, in Langeh and Qeshm ports. Additionally, a significant relationship between the concentration of nickel, lead, and cadmium and the average total weight of <i>P. peronii</i> was observed, indicating a positive correlation with the total weight (p<0.05).
