fa بررسی بوم‌شناسی تغذیه ماهی یلی چهار خط (Pelates quadrilineatus) در آب‌های ساحل مکران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:nasimYW;">نظر به این که اطلاعات زیستی اندکی به خصوص در رابطه با تغذیه ماهی یلی چهار خط وجود داشت، برای این منظور در مجموع 140 نمونه ماهی از محدوده آب&not;های سواحل مکران شامل بازار ماهی فروشان چابهار و مراکز تخلیه صید واقع در چابهار، رمین و تیس با هدف تعیین عادات غذایی آن به صورت فصلی از اوایل تابستان </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">1399 </span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">تا اواخر بهار </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">1400 </span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">تهیه شد. طبق نتایج میانگین طول کل و وزن ماهیان به ترتیب </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">4.13&plusmn;18.51</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"> سانتی متر و </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">16.71&plusmn;82.13</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"> گرم بود. میانگین شاخص طول نسبی روده و تهی بودن معده به ترتیب، </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">0.52</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"> و </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">49.29</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"> درصد بدست آمد که نشان می دهد این گونه گوشت خوار و دارای تغذیه متوسط هست. شاخص معدی بدنی، شدت تغذیه و فاکتور وضعیت ماهیان در فصل پاییز به ترتیب با میانگین </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">0.24&plusmn; 1.48، 25.11</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">&plusmn; </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">95.34</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"> و </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">0.068&plusmn;0</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">.</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">72 </span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">نسبت به سایر فصول به طور معناداری کمتر بود ( </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">0.05<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%">>&nbsp;</span></span>p</span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">). با توجه به شاخص ترجیح غذایی و اهمیت نسبی، نرم تنان و سخت پوستان به عنوان غذای اصلی و پاروپایان، کرم های پرتار و ماهیان به عنوان غذای فرعی این گونه تعیین شدند که از بین نرم تنان و سخت پوستان، شکم پایان و خرچنگ منزوی با میزان اهمیت نسبی </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">41 </span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">و </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">42 </span><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">درصد مهم ترین طعمه های ماهی یلی چهار خط بودند. در مجموع با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از شاخص های تغذیه ای، این ماهی گوشت خوار و دارای تغذیه متوسط و شرایط زیستی مناسبی در آب های سواحل مکران است.&nbsp;</span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In light of limited biological data, particularly concerning the dietary habits of four-lined terapon fish (<i>Pelates quadrilineatus</i>), a comprehensive study was conducted. A total of 140 fish samples were gathered from various points along the Makkoran coast, including the Chabahar fish market and catch unloading centers in Chabahar, Ramin, and Tis. The investigation aimed to delineate their seasonal feeding patterns from the onset of summer 2019 until the conclusion of spring 2020. The findings revealed the average total length and weight of the fish to be 18.51&plusmn;4.13 cm and 82.30&plusmn;16.71 grams, respectively. Moreover, the average relative length of the intestine and stomach fullness/emptiness stood at 0.52% and 49.29%, respectively, indicating the species&#39; carnivorous nature and moderate feeding tendencies. Notably, gastro-somatic index, feeding intensity, and condition factor during autumn were significantly lower than in other seasons, with averages of 1.48&plusmn;0.24, 95.34&plusmn;25.11, and 0.72&plusmn;0.068, respectively (p<0.05). Assessment of food preference and relative importance unveiled mollusks and crustaceans as primary dietary components, with copepods, polychaetes, and fish identified as secondary sources for this species. Among mollusks and crustaceans, the gastropod and hermit crab held the greatest significance, accounting for 41% and 42% of the <i>P. quadrilineatus&#39;</i> diet, respectively.
