fa بررسی رژیم غذایی ماهی گل‌خورک گونه Periophthalmus waltoni koumans, 1941 در برخی سواحل هرمزگان، خلیج فارس تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">مطالعه ترکیب غذایی و اکولوژی تغذیه ماهیانی که در منطقه جزر و مدی زندگی می&not;کنند نقش اساسی و مهمی در درک ارتباط انرژی بین سیستم&not;های آبی و خشکی دارد. ماهی گل خورک گونه <em>Periophthalmus waltoni </em>از جمله گونه&not;هایی است که در منطقه جزرومدی زندگی می کند. این مطالعه بر روی این گونه ازآذرماه ماه 1397 تا اردیبهشت 1398 در دو خور در استان هرمزگان انجام شد تا تاثیر مکان و زمان بر روی تغذیه این گونه مشخص شود. در مجموع تعداد 319 &nbsp;نمونه گل خورک (184 نمونه از بندرخمیر و 135 نمونه از بندرعباس) جمع آوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بازه طولی و وزنی نمونه ها به ترتیب 11.8-9.2 سانتیمتر و 15.18-8.1 گرم ثبت شده است. شاخص نسبی طول روده و ترکیب رژیم غذایی، عادت غذایی گوشتخواری گونه ی <em>P</em>. <em>waltoni </em>را پیشنهاد میکند. پس از شناسایی و شمارش محتویات معده در هر دو ایستگاه، سه &nbsp;نوع ماده غذایی خرچنگ (Uca)، شکم&not;پایان و قاب&not;بالان و در بندرعباس طعمه ماهی نیز ترکیبات غذایی گونه را در دو منطقه تشکیل دادند. در مجموع نمونه ها طعمه خرچنگ با 79.31 % در بندرعباس و شکمپایان &nbsp;با 54.16% در بندر خمیر بیشترین فراوانی نسبی حضور را داشتند. براساس مدل گرافیکی کاستلو استراتژی تغذیه ای این گونه در سواحل بندرعباس عمومی و در بندر خمیر اختصاصی می باشد. بیشترین میزان شاخص فراوانی وقوع شکار برای نمونه های بندرعباس برای طعمه های غذایی خرچنگ &nbsp;68.31% &nbsp;و در بندرخمیر شکم پا &nbsp;42.52 % &nbsp;محاسبه شد. مقدار عددی شاخص خالی بودن معده برای نمونه های بندر خمیر و بندرعباس 21.49 و 13.86 محاسبه شد که نشان دهنده آن است که نمونه های بررسی شده در گروه ماهیان پرخور قرار می گیرند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>The<span lang="EN-CA"> study of</span> food composition and feeding ecology of fishes living in the intertidal zone are essential in understanding the energetic connectivity between terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. The mudskipper <i>Periophthalmus</i> <i>waltoni</i> is an amphibious fish in the intertidal zone. The aim of this research was to discern how spatial and temporal factors influence the species&#39; diet. A total of 319 individuals were collected across two estuaries in Hormozgan province (184 in Bandar Abbas and 135 in Bandar Khamir) during November 2018 to April 2018. The results revealed that <i>P. waltoni</i> primarily follows a carnivorous diet, as indicated by their relative gut length (RLG) and diet composition. The individuals measured 9.2&ndash;11.8 cm in total length and 8.1&ndash;15.8 g in weight. Analysis of stomach contents identified three main preys: <i>Uca</i>, <i>Gastropoda</i>, and <i>Coleoptera</i>, with Bandar Abbas and Bandar Khamir showing a prevalence of crab (79.31%) and Gastropod (54.16%), respectively. The mudskipper&#39;s feeding strategy, as per Castello, appeared general in Bandar Abbas and specific in Bandar Khamir. The highest frequency index of prey occurrence for specimens in Bandar Abbas for crab prey was calculated at 68.31%, while in Bandar Khamir, it was determined as 42.52% for gastropods.
