fa بررسی ساختار و شاخص‌های تنوع زیستی دوکفه‌ای‌‌ها در بندر بوشهر (سواحل شمالی خلیج‌فارس) The Survey of Structure and Biodiversity Indices of Bivalvia in Boushehr Seaport (North of Persian Gulf Coast) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> این تحقیق به منظور بررسی ساختار و شاخص‌های تنوع دوکفه‌ای‌ها در منطقه بین جزر و مدی در طول سواحل شمالی خلیج‌فارس در بندر بوشهر صورت گرفته است. نمونه‌برداری در بخش‌های صخره‌ای با استفاده از کوادرات 50 × 50 سانتی‌متر و یک کاردک فلزی و در سواحل ماسه‌ای با استفاده از Corer Sampler  تا عمق 5 سانتی‌متر از 5 ایستگاه به صورت فصلی طی دو فصل تابستان و زمستان در سال 1395 انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق در مجموع 6 خانواده و 10 گونه از دوکفه‌ای‌ها شناسایی و شمارش گردید. در طی دوره بررسی بیشترین درصد فراوانی دوکفه‌ای‌ها به ترتیب مربوط به خانواده‌های Corbulidae با 30 % Psammobiidae  با 25.5% ، Arcidae  با 18 % ، Tellinidae با 13.5% بوده است. طبق نتایج آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک ‌طرفه ANOVA بر اساس میانگین فراوانی دوکفه‌ای‌ها در ایستگاه‌ها و فصول مختلف اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (0.05 < p). هم¬چنین در طی دوره بررسی بویژه در فصل زمستان به ترتیب گونه¬های Corbula sulculosa و Gari maculosa در مقایسه با سایر گونه‌ها فراوانی بیشتری را نشان داده بودند. مقادیر شاخص شانون در ایستگاه‌های مختلف اختلاف معنی‌داری را نشان می‌دهد (0.05 > p). با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می‌توان استنباط نمود که به طور کلی در فصل زمستان فراوانی و تنوع دوکفه‌ای‌ها بیشتر است که این موضوع با توجه به دمای بسیار بالای منطقه شمالی خلیج‌فارس در فصل تابستان و دمای مناسب این منطقه در فصل زمستان منطقی به نظر می‌رسد. در طی دوره بررسی محدوده میانگین شاخص شانون (2.01-1.46) بوده است. بر اساس شاخص شانون ایستگاه‌های مورد مطالعه در وضعیت کیفی ضعیف و بد ارزیابی شدند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study investigated the structure and biodiversity indices of bivalves in the intertidal zone along the northern coast of the Persian Gulf at Bushehr port. Sampling was conducted seasonally in summer and winter 2016 across five stations. In rocky areas, 50 × 50 cm quadrats and a metal spatula were used, while sandy beaches were sampled with a corer to a depth of 5 cm. In total, six families and ten bivalve species were identified. The highest relative abundances were recorded for Corbulidae (30%), Psammobiidae (25.5%), Arcidae (18%), and Tellinidae (13.5%). One-way ANOVA indicated no significant differences in mean bivalve abundance among stations or seasons (p > 0.05). During the study, particularly in winter, Corbula sulculosa and Gari maculosa were the most abundant species. Shannon diversity index values differed significantly among stations (p < 0.05). Overall, species richness and diversity of bivalves were higher in winter, likely due to the high summer temperatures in the northern Persian Gulf and more favorable winter conditions. The Shannon index ranged from 1.46 to 2.01 across the study period, indicating that the examined stations were generally of poor to very poor ecological quality.</div> دوکفه‌ای‌ها, Corbula sulculosa ,Gari maculosa ,بندر بوشهر.
