fa ارزیابی وضعیت اکولوژیکی بوم‌سازگان آبی با استفاده از شاخص‌های بوم شناختی AMBI و BENTIX در بخش جنوبی دریای خزر: امتداد دو رودخانه تمیشان و گلندرود (شهرستان نور) Assessment the ecological status of aquatic ecosystems using AMBI and BENTIX ecological indicators in the southern part of the Caspian Sea: along the Tamishan and Glandroud rivers (Noor County) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت اکولوژیکی سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر (شهرستان نور) با استفاده از شاخص‌های AMBI و BENTIX بود. نمونهبرداری از بیمهرگان در شش ایستگاه و در دهانه رودخانههای گلندرود و تمیشان صورت گرفت. ایستگاهها به ترتیب شامل ایستگاههای نزدیک به ساحل، میانی و دور از ساحل بودند که به فواصل 500 متر، 1000 متر و 1500 متر از خط ساحلی انتخاب شدند. نمونهبرداری از بیمهرگان به کمک گرب ون وین و با سه تکرار در هر ایستگاه انجام گرفته است. در پژوهش حاضر، شاخه Mollusca، رده Bivalvia، راسته Cardiida و خانواده Cardiidae به ترتیب با 82، 65، 44 و 41 درصد دارای بیشترین فراوانی بودند. همچنین دوکفهای ها از نظر تنوع و تراکم در رتبه اول قرار داشته و در اکثر ایستگاهها مشاهده شدند. نتایج ارزیابی بومشناختی مناطق نمونهبرداری نشان داد که براساس شاخص AMBI رودخانه گلندرود در وضعیت کمی آشفته و رودخانه تمیشان در وضعیت کمی آشفته تا آشفتگی متوسط قرار دارند. همچنین براساس شاخص BENTIX رودخانه گلندرود در وضعیت آشفتگی متوسط تا کمی آشفته و رودخانه تمیشان در وضعیت آشفته قرار داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که در مقایسه دو رودخانه، رودخانه تمیشان دارای آلودگی بیشتری نسبت به رودخانه گلندرود میباشد که یکی از علت های اصلی غالب شدن تعداد زیاد گونه های مقاوم و فرصت طلب در امتداد ان رودخانه است. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The primary objective of this study was to assess the ecological status of the southern Caspian Sea coast (Noor city) using the AMBI and BENTIX indices. Invertebrate sampling was conducted at six stations situated at the mouths of the Glandroud and Tamishan rivers. These stations included near-shore, mid-shore, and offshore locations at distances of 500 m, 1000 m, and 1500 m from the coastline, respectively. Sampling was carried out using a Van Veen grab with three replicate collections at each station. The results showed that the phylum Mollusca, class Bivalvia, order Cardiida, and family Cardiidae were the most abundant, comprising 82%, 65%, 44%, and 41% of the sampled communities, respectively. Additionally, bivalves dominated in terms of both diversity and density, occurring in the majority of stations. Ecological assessments based on the AMBI index revealed that the Glandroud River was categorized as slightly disturbed, while the Tamishan River ranged from slightly disturbed to moderately disturbed. According to the BENTIX index, the Glandroud River was classified as moderately to slightly disturbed, while the Tamishan River was classified as disturbed. A comparative analysis using the AMBI index indicated that the Tamishan River exhibited higher pollution levels, leading to a higher prevalence of resistant and opportunistic species at those stations. </div> درشت بی مهرگان کف زی, شاخص های بوم شناختی, مدیریت بوم سازگان, دریای خزر.
