fa بررسی عوامل اکولوژیکی مؤثر بر ویژگی‌های ریخت‌سنجی ماهی شاه‌کولی (Alburnus atropatenae Berg, 1925) در رودخانه‌های سیمینه‌رود و زرینه‌رود The ecological factors influencing morphological characteristics of Alburnusatr opatenae تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این مطالعه با هدف بررسی صفات ریخت¬سنجی جمعیت¬های شاه¬کولی، در دو رودخانه سیمینه¬رود و زرینه¬رود صورت گرفت. علاوه براین، نقش عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر خصوصیات ریخت¬سنجی در جمعیت‌های مذبور نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور، در مجموع 93 قطعه ماهی شاه¬کولی در تابستان 92 از رودخانه‌های سیمینه¬رود (39 قطعه) و زرینه¬رود (54 قطعه)، با استفاده از دستگاه الکتروشوکر صید شدند. 21 صفت ریخت¬سنجی با عکس¬برداری از ماهیان و با استفاده از نرم¬افزار Image J اندازه¬گیری شد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، دو جمعیت مورد مطالعه از نظر صفات ریخت¬سنجی، دارای اختلاف معنی¬داری با یکدیگر بودند (05/0P<). همچنین، روش تجزیه به مؤلفه¬های اصلی نشان داد که این جمعیت¬ها از یکدیگر تفکیک شدند. در این مطالعه به منظور تعیین عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر ویژگی‌های ریختی ماهیان در جمعیت¬های مورد مطالعه از روش Two-block PLS استفاده شد. طبق نتایج به دست آمده، در رودخانه زرینه¬رود عمق و سرعت جریان آب همبستگی مثبت بالایی با ویژگی-های ریختی ماهیان داشتند در حالی که در رودخانه سیمینه¬رود دبی و عمق بالاترین میزان همبستگی مثبت را با خصوصیات ریختی ماهیان نشان دادند. The present study investigated morph metric characteristics of two populations of Alburnusatr opatenae in two rivers on north western Iran. In addition, the role of important ecological factors influencing morph metric features was studied. Ninety three specimens were collected from the Siminehrood (39) and Zarinerood (54) Rivers using electrocution. The specimens were photographed using a digital camera, imported into the software Image J and 21 morph metric characteristics were measured. The two populations had significant differences in morph metric features. Principal component analysis indicated that the distance between the pelvic fin and the snout, and also body height were the most important factor that separated the populations.
