fa بررسی ویژگی‌های ریختی کمپلکس Paracobitis Bleeker, 1863 در حوضه آبریز سیستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در تابستان سال 1393 مطالعه&not;ای با هدف بررسی ویژگی های ریختی گونه&not;های جنس Paracobitis در حوضه آبریز سیستان صورت گرفت. به این منظور 60 نمونه به صورت تصادفی، از قسمت&not;‌های مختلف دریاچه های چاه نیمه (زابل، سیستان و بلوچستان) به ‌وسیله تور گوشگیر صید، در محلول فرمالین تثبیت و برای بررسی به آزمایشگاه منتقل شد. 37 صفت ریخت&not;سنجی مطلق به وسیله کولیس دیجیتال اندازه‌گیری و شش صفت شمارشی به وسیله لوپ چشمی شمرده شد. همچنین 34 صفت ریخت سنجی نسبی با تقسیم صفات ریخت سنجی مطلق بر طول استاندارد و طول سر محاسبه گردید. جهت مقایسه ریختی نمونه ها، صفات ریخت سنجی&not; (مطلق و &not;نسبی) و شمارشی به دست آمده، تحت تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی و متغیرهای کانونی قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده حضور دو گونه P. vignai و P. rhadinaea در مناطق مورد مطالعه تایید گردید و طول سبیلک اول، وجود فلس و یا عدم وجود آن، اندازه دهان، تعداد شعاع باله سینه ای به عنوان صفات ریختی مناسب جهت تفکیک این دو گونه ارائه گردید. همچنین به نظر می رسد علاوه بر دو گونه ذکر شده فرم ریختی متفاوتی نیز در بین نمونه ها حضور دارد. بنابراین برای&nbsp; نتیجه گیری بهتر و دقیق&not;تر استفاده از نشانگرهای مولکولی پیشنهاد گردید.</p> <p>We conducted this study during the Summer, 2013 to evaluate morphological features of the species of the genus <em>Paracobitis</em> in Sistan basin. For this purpose, 60 specimens randomly were caught by a gill-net from different parts of Lake Chah Nime (Zabol, Sistan and Baluchistan), fixed in formalin solution and transferred to a laboratory for further examination. We measured 37 absolute morphological characteristics by a digital caliper and 6 meristic analyses using a stereomicroscope. We calculated 34 relative morphological characteristics with a division of absolute morphological characteristics by standard length and head length. In order to compare the morphological samples, the obtained morphological characteristics (absolute and relative) and meristic analyses were analyzed by principal component analysis and canonical variables. According to the results, we confirmed the existence of two species, <em>P. vignai</em> and <em>P. rhadinaea,</em> in the studied areas and appropriate geomorphic features were provided for their separation - barbel length, presence or absence of scales, mouth width and number of pectoral fin rays as morphological characteristics to distinguish the two species. In addition to the two species, different morphological forms were present in the sample.
