fa اثرات رژیم‌های مختلف غذایی بر سرعت رشد گاماروس (Pontogammarous meoticus) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این مطالعه اثرات استفاده از رژیم های غذایی مختلف بر میزان نرخ رشد گاماروس دریای خزر Pontogammarous meoticus بررسی شد. میزان 5/1 گرم گاماروس تر با میانگین طولی 52/0±7 میلی‌متر به ظروف آکواریومی به حجم 900 سانتی متر مکعب (با حجم آبگیری 5/2 لیتر) منتقل گردید. گاماروس ها به مدت 45 روز و به میزان 6 تا 7 درصد بیومس کل با رژیم های غذایی شامل سیب زمینی پخته (تیمار 1)؛ 30 درصد مخمر و 70 درصد غذا سیب زمینی (تیمار 2)؛50 درصد مخمر و 50 درصد سیب زمینی (تیمار 3)؛ بدون غذادهی (تیمار 4) تغذیه شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان تولید کل (بالغین و نوزاد)، سرعت دو برابر شدن جمعیت و نرخ رشد ویژه جمعیتی به طور معنی داری در تیمار 2 و 3 بیشتر بود (05/0> P). افزایش بیوماس وزن و رشد روزانه نیز در تیمارهایی که در جیره‌ی غذایی مخمر دریافت می‌کردند به طور معنی داری بیشتر بود (05/0> P). تیمار 3 بیشترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی را داشت. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که استفاده از مخمر نانوایی می تواند سرعت رشد در گاماروس را بهبود بخشیده و در شرایط پرورشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. In this study, the effects of different diets on growth rates of Gammarus Pontogammarous meoticus were determined. A biomass of 1.5 g Gammarus with an average length of 7 ± 0.25 mm was transferred to the glass aquaria with volume 900 cm3 (volume 2.5 l). The Gammarus were fed with diets include baked potato (treatment 1), 30 percent yeast and 70 percent potato, (treatment 2), 50 yeast percent and 50 percent potato (treatment 3), no feeding (treatment 4) at rate of 6 to 7 percent of total biomass for 45 days. Results showed that the total production rate (adult and baby), specific growth rate and population doubling time were significantly high in treatments 2 and 3(P > 0.05). The biomass and daily growth rate were significantly higher than yeast fed Gammarus (P> 0.05). Additionally Gammarus in treatment 3 had the highest food conversion ratio.
