fa ریخت بوم شناسی سس ماهی کورا (Barbus cyri, De Filippi 1865) در حوضه رودخانه سفیدرود تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این تحقیق با هدف مطالعه تنوع شکل بدن سس ماهی کورا (Barbus cyri, De Filippi 1865) در ارتباط با تغییرات شرایط زیستگاه رودخانه در حوضه رودخانه سفیدرود به اجرا درآمد. برای این منظور تعداد 285 قطعه ماهی از سه رودخانه طالقان، توتکابن و کلورز این حوضه با شرایط زیستگاهی کاملاً متفاوت نمونه‌برداری گردید. رابطه بین ویژگی‌های شکل بدن (مستخرج از روش ریخت‌سنجی هندسی) و فاکتورهای محیطی شامل عمق (cm)، عرض (cm)، سرعت جریان (m/s)، شیب رودخانه (%)، تعداد سنگ‌های بزرگ (<25 سانتی‌متر) بستر، قطر متوسط سنگ بستر (cm)، شاخص سنگ بستر، شاخص پوشش گیاهی ساحل رودخانه و شاخص پوشش جلبکی بستر با استفاده از روش 2B-PLS (two-Blocks Partial Least Squares) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج وجود رابطه معنی‌دار بین متغیرهای زیستگاهی و شکل بدن را در این گونه نشان داد و فاکتورهای عمق و عرض رودخانه، قطر متوسط سنگ بستر را به عنوان فاکتورهای تأثیرگذار نشان داد. تحلیل نتایج روش 2B-PLS نشان ‌داد که شکل بدنی ذخیره‌ رودخانه‌های کلورز، بخش زیادی از ذخیره رودخانه توتکابن و بخشی از ذخیره رودخانه طالقان که دارای بدنی با عمق بیشتر و سر بزرگ و گرد و ساقه دمی کم عمقی‌تر می‌باشند که با ویژگی‌های عمق بیشتر، سرعت کمتر و عرض کمتر و تعداد بیشتر سنگ‌های بزرگ رابطه معنی‌داری دارند و نمونه‌های شکل بدنی دوکی شکل با عمق کم و سری کوچک و ساقه دمی عمیق با سرعت بیشتر آب، عمق زیاد، عرض رودخانه بیشتر و وجود بستری با سنگ‌های کوچکتر رابطه معنی‌داری دارد. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between body shape and environmental factors related to a rivarian ecosystem in Kura barbel (Barbus cyri) of the Sefidrud River basin. For this purpose, a number of 285 specimens were sampled from three rivers with different habitat properties including the Taleghan, Totkabon and Kloraz Rivers. The relationship between body shape (extracted using geometric morphometric method) of studied stocks with environmental parameters including depth, velocity, river width, slope of river, number of large stones of river bed, average diameter of stream bed ston, stream bed index, algae covers bed index and riparian vegetation cover index using with two-Blocks Partial Least Squares was investigated. The result showed a significant relationship between habitat factors and body shape in Kura barbel suggested depth, width, average diameter of stream bed as effective factors.
