fa ارزیابی تأثیر عمق پرورش بر میزان رشد جلبک قرمز Gracilariopsis persica و تعیین عمق بهینه پرورش در سواحل خلیج فارس (بندرعباس) تخصصي Special مقاله کوتاه Short document <p>در این تحقیق تأثیر عمق بر میزان رشد جلبک قرمز Gracilariopsis persica در سواحل خلیج فارس (بندرعباس) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سه عمق 5، 6 و 7 متر برای تعیین تاثیر آن بر میزان رشد این گونه جلبک به مدت 45 روز در سواحل خلیج فارس (بندرعباس) انتخاب شد. برای این منظور جلبک های قرمز از محیط طبیعی جمع آوری شده و بر روی طناب های پلی اتیلینی در محیط طبیعی دریا کشت داده شدند. میزان رشد نسبی (RGR) و بیوماس کل هر دو هفته یکبار اندازه گیری می شد. نتایج نشان داد که از لحاظ میزان رشد، بین تیمارهای 7 متر با 5 و 6 متر&nbsp; اختلاف معنی دار آماری وجود داشت (05/0P<). جلبک هایی که در عمق 7 متر کشت داده شده بودند بیشترین میزان رشد را نشان دادند و بیشترین تولید را داشتند (05/0P<). نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که عمق می تواند بر روی رشد جلبک قرمز تأثیر داشته باشد و رشد این جلبک در اعماق پایین بیشتر است.</p> <p>We conducted this study to investigate the effect of culture depth of red algae <em>Gracilaropsis persica </em>on the growth and biomass production of this species. Three culture depth of 5, 6, and 7 m were used to cultivate algae in the Persian Gulf (Bandar Abbas) for 45 days. Algae was collected from its natural environment and cultivated on polyethylene rope in the sea. We measured relative growth rate (RGR) and total biomass every two weeks. Temperature, salinity, pH, and nutrients (nitrate, nitrite and phosphate) were measured during the trial. The results showed significant differences in growth rate between different treatments (P<0.05). Algae cultivated at a 7 m culture depth had the highest relative growth rate. At the end of the 45-day trial, total biomass was highest in the 7 m treatment (P<0.05).
