fa بررسی اثر ضد باکتری عصاره‌های مختلف استخراجی از توتیای دریایی Echinometra mathaei تخصصي Special مقاله کوتاه Short document <p>در این مطالعه اثر ضدباکتری عصاره‌های مختلف استخراجی از توتیای دریایی Echinometra mathaei بر باکتری‌های بیماریزای انسانی بررسی شد. اندامهای مختلف توتیای دریایی شامل خار، پوسته، گناد و فانوس ارسطو&nbsp; به طور جداگانه با استفاده از حلال‌های ان- هگزان، اتیل استات و متانول عصاره گیری و اثر آنها بر باکتری‌های بیماریزای انسانی شامل Vibrio alginolyticus،Escherichia coli،Enterococcus faecalis، Staphylococcus aureus، Shigella flexneri، Vibri به دو روش انتشار دیسک و حداقل غلظت بازدارندگی(MIC)&nbsp; بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد اثر ضدباکتریایی عصاره‌ها بر باکتری‌های مورد مطالعه و همچنین عصاره اندام‌های مختلف از نظر اثر ضد باکتریایی دارای اختلاف معنی‌داری بودند (05/0p<). همچنین بیشترین اثر ضدباکتریایی مربوط به عصاره اتیل استاتی پوسته بود.</p> <p>This study was conducted for determination of antibacterial effect of <em>Echinometra</em> <em>mathaei </em>extraction on human disease bacteria. Samples were collected in Abu Mosa Island. Extraction operation was done by shell, spines, gonad and aristotle&#39;s lantern. Ethyl acetate, n-hexane and methanol were used for extraction operation respectively. Extraction effect of these organs was investigated on <em>Vibrio alginolyticus,</em> <em>Escherichia coli,</em> <em>Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri, Vibrilogei</em>. Disc diffusion and minimum inhibitory methods were used for test hypothesis. Results showed different extraction effect antibacterial (P<0.05). Antibacterial effect had significantly different among organ of Sea urchin (P<0.05). Disc diffusion showed that shell had the most antibacterial effect<em>. </em>The results of <em>this s</em>tudy demonstrated that shell organ of <em>Echinometra</em> <em>mathaei </em>had remarkable antibacterial effect.
