fa بررسی اثر تراکم‌های مختلف ریزجلبک‌های Isochrysis aff. galbanaوChaetoceros calcitrans بر برخی از فاکتورهای رشد و بقای صدفچه صدف مرواریدساز زنی Pteria penguin تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>عملکرد رشد و بازماندگی صدفچه صدف مروارید‌ساز زنی تغذیه شده با دو ریزجلبک Isochrysis aff. galbana وChaetoceros calcitrans&nbsp; و نیز ترکیب هر دو گونه در یک دوره 60 روزه بررسی شد. در تمام تیمارها 50000 سلول ریزجلبک در میلی‌لیتر اضافه شد. در این آزمایش 5 تیمار تغذیه‌ای شامل تغذیه تک گونه‌ای با I. aff. galbana (تیمار 1)، تغذیه ترکیبی با نسبت 30:70 از I. aff. galbana و<br> &nbsp;C. calcitrans (تیمار 2)، نسبت 50:50 از I. aff. galbana و C. calcitrans (تیمار 3)، نسبت 70:30 از I. aff. galbana و C. calcitrans (تیمار 4)، و تغذیه تک گونه‌ای با C. calcitrans (تیمار 5) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای 2، 3 و 4 به طور معنی‌دار طول کل بیشتری از دو تیمار 1 و 5 داشتند. از نظر طول پاشنه در پایان آزمایش تفاوت معنی‌داری بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. تیمار 2 به طور معنی‌دار ضخامت بیشتری را از دو تیمار 1 و 5 نشان داد. دو تیمار 3 و 4 تفاوتی را با تیمار 1 نشان ندادند ولی از تیمار 5 میانگین بیشتری داشتند. از نظر بازماندگی تفاوتی بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. جهت پرورش صدفچه صدف مروارید ساز زنی ترکیب دو ریزجلبک I. aff. galbana و C. calcitrans پیشنهاد می‌گردد.</p> <p></p> The growth performance and survival rate of spats of winged pearl oyster (<em>Pteria penguin</em>) fed with two microalgae, <em>Isochrysis</em> aff. <em>galbana</em> and <em>Chaetoceros calcitrans</em>, as well as the combination of both species over a period of 60 days, was evaluated. The microalgal density was considered 50000 cell.ml^-1 in all treatments. The spats divided into 5 different groups; (1) spats fed exclusively with <em>I.</em> aff. <em>galbana</em>; (2) those fed with the ratio of 70:30 <em>I.</em> aff. <em>galbana</em> and <em>C. calcitrans</em>; (3) spats fed with 50:50 <em>I.</em> aff. <em>galbana</em> and <em>C. calcitrans</em>; (4) those fed with 30:70 <em>I.</em> aff. <em>galbana</em> and <em>C. calcitrans</em>; and (5) individuals fed exclusively with <em>C. calcitrans</em>. Results demonstrated that total length was significantly higher in treatments 2, 3, and 4 in compare to 1 and 5. However, heel length was same for all treatments. The thickness of treatment 2 was significantly higher than both treatments 1 and 5. This value was not different between treatments 3 and 4 with 1, but significantly higher than that of treatment 5. Survival rate was same for all treatments.
