fa اثر سطوح مختلف مکمل اینولین در جیره غذایی بر عملکرد رشد، بقا و برخی شاخص‌های خونی بچه ماهیان پاکوی قرمز Piaractus brachypomus تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین مقدار مناسب اینولین در جیره غذایی بچه ماهیان پاکوی قرمز Piaractus brachypomus و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد رشد، بقاء و برخی شاخص‌های خونی این ماهی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق یک جیره غذایی پایه به عنوان جیره شاهد و سه جیره غذایی آزمایشی شامل سه سطح اینولین 1، 2 و 3 درصد در سه تکرار منظور شد و بچه ماهیان با میانگین وزن اولیه 14/0±31/2 گرم به مدت هشت هفته با جیره‌های آزمایشی تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سطح پربیوتیک اینولین به میزان 2 درصد در جیره غذایی باعث افزایش میزان وزن نهایی و ضریب رشد ویژه و بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی می شود (P<0.05). همچنین سطح پربیوتیک اینولین به میزان 2 درصد در جیره غذایی، میزان هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت خون را نسبت به سایر تیمارها افزایش داد (P<0.05). از لحاظ نسبت کارایی پروتئین، درصد زنده‌مانی و پروتئین کل خون اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تیمارهای مختلف مشاهده نشد (P>0.05). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از پربیوتیک اینولین به میزان 2 درصد در جیره غذایی باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد و تغذیه و برخی فاکتورهای ایمنی شناختی خون ماهی پاکوی قرمز می شود. Present study aims to determine suitable dose of inulin in Piaractus brachypomus fry diet and its effect on growth, survival and some hematologic indices in this species. In this research, one basic diet as control and three experimental diets including three levels of 1, 2 and 3% inulin each with three replicates were considered. Fish with mean initial weight of 2.31±0.14g were fed with experiment diets for 8 weeks. Results showed that the level of 2% prebiotic inulin in diet caused the increase of final weight gain and specific growth rate and improved food conversion rate (P<0.05). Furthermore, the level of 2% prebiotic inulin in diet increased the amount of blood hemoglobin and hematocrit compared to other treatments (P<0.05). Protein efficiency rate, survival rate and blood total protein was not significantly different among treatments.
