fa تأثیر جیره حاوی پریبیوتیک ایمونوژن بر تغذیه، رشد جبرانی و برخی پارامترهای خونی ماهی کوی (Cyprinus carpio var. Koi)، پس از دوره های گرسنگی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثرات پریبیوتیک ایمونوژن بر رشد جبرانی بچه‌ماهیان کوی (Cyprinus carpio var. Koi) بعد از یک هفته گرسنگی انجام شد. به این منظور از 300 عدد بچه ماهی با میانگین وزن 12/0&plusmn;60/3 گرم استفاده شد. آزمایش شامل 3 تیمار بود، گروه شاهد هیچ دوره گرسنگی را تجربه نکرد و در تمام طول تحقیق (60 روز) با غذای فاقد پریبیوتیک تغذیه شد (تیمار C) و تیمار دوم (G1) و سوم (G2) که هر دو مدت یک هفته گرسنگی را تجربه کردند. اما تیمار دوم بعد از گرسنگی با غذای حاوی 2 گرم پریبیوتیک ایمونوژن در هر کیلوگرم جیره تغذیه شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که بیشترین افزایش وزن و نرخ رشد ویژه، پس از گروه شاهد به G1 تعلق داشت. کم‌ترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی نیز به تیمار شاهد تعلق داشت. در تعداد گلبول‌های قرمز بین سه تیمار اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). بیشترین میزان هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت در گروه شاهد و بیشترین تعداد گلبول سفید در G1 مشاهده شد. کم‌ترین میزان نوتروفیل و بیشترین میزان لنفوسیت در G1 مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل اگرچه افزودن 2 گرم پریبیوتیک ایمونوژن در هر کیلوگرم جیره نتوانست میزان رشد در بچه‌ماهیان را به اندازه گروه شاهد افزایش دهد، اما در مقایسه با گروه سوم که غذای فاقد پریبیوتیک را بعد از دوره گرسنگی دریافت کرده بود، توانست نتایج مطلوب‌تری را در زمینه رشد حاصل کند، به ویژه اینکه از نظر افزایش میزان ایمنی بدن، بهترین نتیجه در تیمار دوم مشاهده شد.</p> This study aimed to determine the effects of dietary prebiotic Immunogen on the compensatory growth of koi carp (<em>Cyprinus carpio</em>) fingerlings (n= 300; 3.60 &plusmn; 0.12 g), following one-week starvation. The experiment was conducted within 60 days with three treatments. In treatment C, fish were fed with non-prebiotic diet and with no starvation period, while in treatment G1, fingerlings starved for one week then fed with 2.0 g of Immunogen per kg diet, and in G2, fingerlings received no prebiotic following one-week starvation. The results showed that the highest final weight and specific growth rate (SGR) were observed in the control followed by G1 (P<0.05). The lowest feed conversion ratio (FCR) was recorded in treatment C. Numbers of red blood cells were similar in all treatments (P>0.05). Hemoglobin and hematocrit were maximum in C. G1 contained the highest number of white blood cells (WBC) (13690&plusmn;550). In WBC differential counts, significant differences were observed only in neutrophils and lymphocytes (P<0.05). The minimum number of neutrophils and the maximum number of lymphocytes were observed in G1. Based on the results, although the addition of 2.0 g of prebiotic Immunogen in the diet of koi carp fingerlings could not improve their growth performance, it could give rise the better results compared with G2 which fed with no prebiotic after starvation.
