fa تغییرات هیستوپاتولوژیک کبد ماهی گورخری (Aphanius sophiae) در اثر آرسنیک و کادمیوم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این پژوهش تأثیرات هیستوپاتولوژیکی کادمیوم و آرسنیک بر کبد ماهی بومی Aphanius sophiae بررسی شد. تعداد 350 قطعه ماهی در سال 1390 از رودخانه شور نمونه برداری گردید. برای تیمار آب شور و تیمار آب شیرین به طور جداگانه، 7 تیمار حاوی غلظت‌های 5، 10 و 20 میلی گرم بر لیتر آرسنیک و 5، 10 و 20 میلی گرم بر لیتر کادمیوم به همراه یک تیمار شاهد در آکواریوم‌های30 لیتری با سه تکرار طراحی گردید. در هر آکواریوم تعداد 25 ماهی رها شد. پس از 18 روز مواجهه، از هر یک از تیمارهای آب شور و شیرین 3 ماهی در محلول بوئن تثبیت و کبد آنها برای بافت شناسی جداسازی شد. نتایج تیمار آب شور نشان داد که در تمامی غلظت‌های کادمیوم و آرسنیک افزایش غلظت فلز سبب افزایش نکروزه شدن هپاتوسیتی و آتروفی می‌شود. همچنین نتایج در تیمار آب شیرین نشان دهنده افزایش تورم ابری و آتروفی با افزایش غلظت بود. در تمامی غلظت‌های کادمیوم و آرسنیک در آب شیرین با افزایش غلظت به طور کلی تخریب بافتی در غلظت‌های آرسنیک بیشتر از کادمیوم و در آب شیرین بیشتر از آب شور بود، همان‌طور که میزان تلفات 4/11 برابری در آب شیرین این نتایج را تأیید کرد. In this study was investigated histipathological effects of Cd and As on liver of Aphanius sophiae. For this reason, 350 specimens were collected on 2011 from the Shoor River. For saltwater and separately freshwater treatment were designed seven treatments including the concentrations of 5, 10 and 20 for As 5, 10 and 20 for Cd and a control treatment in 30- L aquaria with three replicates. Twenty five specimens were introduced into each aquarium. After 18 days of exposure, three specimens were sampled from each treatment and fixed into Bouin solution and their liver were removed for histological preparation. The results showed that increasing the Cd and As concentrations in salt treatment increased hepatocyte necrosis and atrophy. The results in freshwater showed that with increasing concentrations cloudy swelling and atrophy were observed. The results indicated that the tissue destruction in As treatment more higher than in Cd, also, in freshwater was higher than in salt water.
