fa بررسی سلامت رویشگاه‌های حرا در سواحل شهر بندرعباس با استفاده از پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی گل‌خورک (Periophthalmus argentilineatus) به‌عنوان شاخص زیستی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی و هورمونی خون می&not;توانند ابزاری برای پایش سلامتی، تعیین بیماری و پاسخ به درمان باشند. در این مطالعه، غلظت پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی و هورمونی ماهی گل&not;خورک (Periophthalmus argentilineatus) در مناطق مختلف سواحل بندرعباس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه&not;برداری در فصل تابستان 94 و از ایستگاه 1 (خور شور اول)، ایستگاه 2 (خور سورو) و ایستگاه 3 (کشتی‌سازی) به تعداد 30 عدد از هر ایستگاه انجام گرفت. اندازه&not;گیری طول کل(TL)&nbsp; با دقت 1/0 سانتی&not;متر و وزن کل(BW)&nbsp; با دقت 01/0 گرم انجام گرفت. فاکتورهایی هم&not;چون گلوکز، کلسترول، تری-گلیسیرید، آنزیم‌های آلانین&not;اس&not;ترانسفراز (AST)، آلکالین&not;فسفاتاز (ALP)، هورمون‌های تیروئیدی (T3 و T4) و هورمون محرک تیروئید(TSH)&nbsp; مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که سطح آنزیم&not;های مورد مطالعه در مناطق آلوده به‌طور معناداری بیشتر بود (P<0.01). همچنین غلظت هورمون‌های تیروئیدی در مناطق آلوده (ایستگاه 3) بیشتر بود. مقادیر گلوکز و کلسترول در مناطق آلوده نیز بیشتر بود (P<0.01). با توجه به تأثیر منفی آلاینده&not;ها بر عملکردهای هورمونی و بیوشیمیایی سرم خون گونه&not;های ساکن از جمله این گونه، این ماهی می&not;تواند به&not;عنوان شاخص زیستی آلودگی در این منطقه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.<br> <br> &nbsp; The amount of the blood plasma/serum components can be a useful tool for monitoring health status, detecting illnesses and responses to therapy. This study was conducted to determine the concentrations of blood plasma/serum components of <em>Periophthalmus argentilineatus </em>at different regions of Bandar abbas coastal. The specimens were collected from three stations including (St₁), (St₂) and (St₃) estuaries of Bandar Abbas coastal waters in summer 2015. A total of 90 specimens were measured to the nearest 0.1 cm of total length (TL) and 0.01 g body weight (BW). In research conducted on following blood plasma/serum components including Alanine S Transferase, Alkaline phosphatase, glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, T₄, T₃ and TSH were measured in <em>P. argentilineatus</em>. The results showed that the plasma enzyme levels were higher in fish from the polluted location. Concentrations of thyroid hormones, glucose and cholesterol were significantly higher in fish from St₃ than those from other stations (P<0.01). According to the results of this study, it is necessary to monitor the contaminants bioaccumulation in Bandar Abbas coastal waters.
