fa مروری بر چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های کسب و کارهای نوپا در تکثیر و پرورش آبزیان خلیج‌فارس با رویکرد صادرات تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report مطالعه کنونی با هدف مشخص کردن چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پیش روی صنعت آبزی‌پروری در جنوب ایران صورت گرفت. تحقیق کنونی با رویکرد توصیفی، پیمایشی و مروری پتانسیل‌های آبزی‌پروری در جنوب ایران انجام گردید. اطلاعات حاصله با مشاهده، مطالعه مستندات و مصاحبه جمع آوری شده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی‌ها نشان داد که شش چالش در این زمینه شامل؛ ضعف در مدیریت و عدم شایسته سالاری و سیاسی شدن فعالیت‌های تخصصی در سطوح بالای سازمانی، ناهماهنگی سازمان‌های زیربط در پشتیبانی و حمایت از آبزی‌پروری، ضعف آموزش و ترویج آبزی‌پروری، سنتی بودن ساختار بازار و ناتوانی در بازاریابی، عدم ایجاد زیرساخت‌های لازم توسط دولت با نگاه ملی و توسعه منطقه‌ای، عدم یکپارچه‌سازی دانشگاه سازمان‌های مرتبط و تولیدکنندگان وجود دارد. همچنین فرصت‌های موجود شامل؛ نوپا بودن صنعت شیلات در ایران، افزایش تقاضا جهت محصولات شیلاتی، گستره ساحلی بکر جهت آبزی‌پروری در جنوب ایران، امکان استفاده از دانش روز آبزی‌پروری در سایر کشورهای توسعه یافته، قرارگیری خلیج‌فارس در محل عبور شرق به غرب، منابع انسانی و متخصص، ویژگی‌های استراتژیک، ایجاد اشتغال مبتنی بر صادرات و توسعه منطقه می‌شود. بنابراین می‌توان گفت تحول در صنعت آبزی‌پروری نوین در کشور می‌تواند منجر به ایجاد اشتغال و امنیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی به‌ویژه در مناطق ساحلی و دور افتاده کشور که در فقر بسر می‌برند شود.  The purpose of this paper was to identify the challenges and opportunities in the aquaculture industry in the southern regions of Iran.  We used statistics and information published by the Iranian Fisheries Organization and interviews with aquaculture industry owners and their challenges with focusing on their impact on rural poverty and development. The results showed six challenges including the weakness in the management and the lack of competence and politicization of specialized activities at high levels, the mismatch of organizations that operate in protecting aquaculture, and the weakness of education and promotion of aquaculture. In addition, other challenges are the traditional markets and lack of marketing, the lack of infrastructure required by the government with a national perspective and regional development, and the lack of integration of university-organizations related and manufacturers. In addition, there were eight opportunities including the young age of the fisheries industry in Iran, the increased demand for fisheries products, the abundance of coastal waters for aquaculture in southern Iran, the possibility of using knowledge of aquatic abroad, the importance of the Persian Gulf as the main area located on the east-west corridor, human and specialist's resources, strategic characteristics, creation of export-based employment and regional development.
