fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای رابطه وزن و ابعاد اتولیت با طول ماهی در گونه‌های جنس Neogobius در حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در این مطالعه روابط بین وزن اتولیت و ابعاد آن با طول ماهی در گونه‌های جنس Neogobius از خانواده گاوماهیان بررسی شده است. در طی این پژوهش، ۱۴٩ قطعه ماهی متعلق به سه گونهNeogobius pallasi ، N. caspius و N. melanostomus از منطقه انزلی در جنوب غربی دریای خزر توسط تور ترال کف صید شدند. پس از استخراج اتولیت از نمونه‌ها، وزن، طول و ارتفاع اتولیت در هر نمونه ثبت گردید. میانگین وزن و ابعاد اتولیت در گونه‌های مورد مطالعه دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار بوده و اتولیت در N. melanostomus&nbsp; نسبت به دو گونه دیگر، وزن کمتر و ابعاد کوچک‌تری دارد. در N. pallasi و N. caspius&nbsp; متغیر وزن اتولیت در مقایسه با سایر متغیرها، بیشترین همبستگی را با طول ماهی نشان می-دهد، درحالی‌که در N. melanostomus علاوه بر وزن، طول اتولیت نیز همبستگی بالایی با طول ماهی دارد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد، در بررسی زنجیره‌های غذایی در حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر، از وزن و ابعاد اتولیت به عنوان ابزاری مفید در تعیین طول گونه‌های جنس Neogobius می‌توان استفاده نمود.</p> <b>&nbsp;</b>In this study, the relationships between otolith weight and dimensions with fish length were investigated in <em>Neogobius</em> species from Gobiidae. During this research, 149 specimens belong to three species, <em>Neogobius pallasi</em>, <em>N</em>. <em>caspius</em> and <em>N</em>. <em>melanostomus</em>, were collected using hand trawl net from Anzali, in the southwestern part of the Caspian Sea. After removing of otolith from specimens, otolith weight, length and height were recorded. The mean of otolith weight and dimensions were significantly different between three species; <em>N</em>. <em>melanostomus</em> had lower value in these parameters with respect to other species. In <em>N</em>. <em>pallasi</em> and <em>N</em>. <em>caspius</em>, otolith weight showed the highest correlations with fish length. In <em>N</em>. <em>melanostomus</em>, however, in addition to otolith weight, otolith length showed high correlation with fish length. According to the results of this study, probably, otolith weight and dimensions could be used as useful tools for determination of <em>Neogobius</em> species length in studies of trophic relationships in this region.&nbsp;&nbsp; اتولیت, دریای خزر, ضریب همبستگی, گاوماهی.
