fa تأثیر عصاره فلفل قرمز (Caspicum annum) بر تحریک ایمنی، فراسنجه‌های خونی و رشد بچه ماهیان قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Onchorhynchus mykiss) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر عصاره فلفل قرمز بر رشد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و ایمنی ماهی قزل‌آلای ‌رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) با میانگین وزنی اولیه 10/0&plusmn; 38/9 گرم در دوزهای 0، 25/0، 5/0 و 1 درصد فلفل در جیره به مدت یک ماه انجام گرفت. بیومتری و سنجش پارامترها در روزهای اول، پانزدهم و سی&not;ام پرورش صورت پذیرفت. بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین میزان افزایش وزن، درصد افزایش وزن، ضریب رشد ویژه و کمترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار 5/0درصد مشاهده شد. پس از گذشت 15 روز، تغییرات معنی&not;داری در تمامی پارامترهای خونی، (به‌جز گلوبولین)، میان تیمارهای مختلف مشاهده شد، به‌طوری‌که تیمارهای 25/0 و 5/0 درصد بالاترین میزان هموگلوبین، تعداد گلبول&not;های قرمز و گلبول&not;های سفید را داشتند (P<0.05). در انتهای دوره پرورش بیشترین غلظت پروتئین کل و درصد هماتوکریت در تیمار 25/0 درصد مشاهده شد. با گذشت زمان و افزایش غلظت عصاره فلفل قرمز، روند افزایشی در میزان لیزوزیم و کمپلمان دیده شد و بالاترین این مقادیر در ماهیان تغذیه شده با 1 درصد عصاره در انتهای دوره پرورش اندازه‌گیری شد (P<0.05). با توجه به این نتایج،&nbsp; غلظت‌های 25/0 و 5/0 درصد عصاره فلفل قرمز در جیره به منظور افزایش وزن و قدرت دفاع غیراختصاصی قزل آلای رنگین‌کمان پیشنهاد می‌شود.&nbsp;</div> The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of chili pepper extract on the growth, blood parameters, and immune responses of rainbow trout (<em>Oncorhynchus mykiss</em>). Fish with an average initial weight of 9.38&plusmn;0.01 (g) were fed with diets containing &nbsp;0, 0.25, 0.5 and 1 (%) of pepper extract in for a month.&nbsp; Based on the results, the highest weight gain, percent of weight gain, specific growth rate and the least food convention ratio was observed in 0.5% treatment. After 15 days, significant changes were observed in all blood parameters among various feeding treatments, (except for globulin), so that 0.25% and 0.5% treatments showed significantly higher red and white blood cell counts, and Hb level compared to other groups (P<0.05). At the end of rearing period, the most concentration of total protein and HCT (%) were detected in 0.25% treatment. With increased time and the concentration of chili pepper extract, lysozyme and complement showed increasing trends and their highest levels were measured in those fish fed with 1% chili pepper extract at the end of rearing period (P<0.05).
