fa ارزیابی خاصیت ضد باکتریایی عصاره شقایق دریایی Stichodactyla hadooni تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در سال&not;های اخیر تلاش&not;ها به منظور دست‌یابی به مواد فعال زیستی از موجودات زنده به ویژه آبزیان رو به افزایش است. در این مطالعه اثر ضد باکتریایی عصاره شقایق دریایی موکتی گونه Stichodactyla hadooni &nbsp;مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور شقایق&not;های دریایی از عمق 5 تا 8 متری با عملیات غواصی در سواحل جزیره هرمز جمع‌آوری و عصاره‌گیری از آن&not;ها با استفاده از حلال متانول، دی کلرومتان و استون انجام شد. عصاره&not;های به دست آمده ابتدا به‌وسیله دستگاه روتاری تغلیظ و سپس در دستگاه وکیوم فریز درایر به صورت پودر خشک در آمد. از سه سویه باکتریVibrio alginolyticus ،Enterococcus faecalis و Klebsiella planticola &nbsp;برای بررسی اثر ضدباکتریایی عصاره&not;ها با روش انتشار دیسک بر آگار استفاده شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که عصاره&not;های حل شده در حلال متانول توان ممانعت از تکثیر هر سه سویه باکتری مورد آزمایش و به ویژه باکتری &nbsp;Vibrio alginolyticusرا دارند. همچنین بررسی اندازه قطر هاله&not;های عدم رشد حاصل از عصاره&not;های حل شده در DMSO نشان داد که &nbsp;عصاره&not;ها در غلظت بالا بر روی باکتری گرم مثبت Enterococcus faecalis تأثیر داشته است. In recent years, more efforts have been made to achieve the biological active metabolites from living organisms, especially marine organisms. In this study, the antimicrobial effects of <em>stichodactyla hadooni </em>extract was investigated. For this purpose, they were collected from depths of 5-8 meters by diving operations on the coasts of hormoz island and their extraction have done by using methanol, dichloromethane and acetone as organic solvents. The extracts were dried in a rotary dryer and transformed to powder form by vacuum freeze dryer. Then 3 strains of bacteria (<em>vibrio alginolyticus, enterococcus faecalis and klebsiella planticola</em>) were used for evaluation the antimicrobial activity of the extracts by using disk diffusion agar method. The results showed that methanol extract had the potential to inhibit the proliferation of all three strains of the bacteria, especially <em>V. alginolyticus</em>.
