fa استخوان‌شناسی سر نازک‌ماهی خزری Chondrostoma cyri (Kessler, 1877) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺨﻮانﺷﻨاسی ﻣﺎﻫﻴﺎن ﺑﻪوﻳﮋه ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺮ در درک وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ از ﻗﺒﻴﻞ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ و ﺗﻨﻔﺲ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد دارد. اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ آوردن وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺨﻮانﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ساختار سر نازک‌ماهی خزری (Chondrostoma cyri) به اجرا درآمد. تعداد شش نمونه از رودخانه ارس توسط الکتروشوکر و تور پره صید، سپس در فرمالین %10 تثبیت و با هدف مطالعات استخوان&not;شناسی، شفاف&not;سازی و رنگ&not;آمیزی شدند. ساختارهای استخوانی به وسیله استریومیکروسکوپ بررسی و توصیف گردید. زائده حلقی‌خلفی استخوان قاعده‌ای‌پس‌سری از ابتدا تا انتها تقریباً به صورت یک‌پارچه پهن بوده و در انتها کند می‌شود. صفحه خردکننده شکمی بزرگ و پهنای آن از پهنای استخوان قاعده‌ای ‌پس‌سری بیشتر می‌باشد. قسمت بالایی خویش‌پرویزنی بدون انشعاب و گرد بوده و شبیه به میله‌های بولینگ است. لبه بالایی سرپوش آبششی در محل اتصال به استخوان لامی‌فکی گرد و لبه جلویی سرپوش آبششی مضرس است. استخوان مربعی بلند و رشد یافته و استخوان ساده تقریباً بلند و کشیده است. زائده میانی- جانبی بالارونده در استخوان فکی گرد یا هلالی، قسمت پشتی استخوان مفصلی در فک زیرین محدب و زائده منحنی مسطح و کوچک است. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ کم ﺻﻔﺎت اندازشی، ﺷﻤﺎرﺷﻲ و اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت آراﻳﻪ‌ﺷﻨﺎختی این جنس، نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند به عنوان ﭘﺎﻳﻪای ﺑﺮای ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت آتی گونه‌های این جنس ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﻴﺮد. The study of the osteological features of fishes head can help to better understand their biological characteristics such as feeding and respiration. Hence, this study aimed to provide the characterization of the cephalic osteology of Caspian nase, <em>Chondrostoma</em><em> cyri</em>. Six specimens of Caspian nase were caught from Aras River by electroschoker and seine net, preserved in 10% buffered formalin, established with the aim of osteology, and cleared and stained. Bony structure was reviewed under a stereomicroscope and described. The skeletal structure of the head showed differences compared to other cyprinids. In the neurocranium, the posterior pharyngeal process of basioccipital is broad from the beginning to the end and slowly narrows down at the end. The masticatory plate is large and its width is greater than the basioccipital width. The upper part of the kinethmoid is round and unbranched and is similar to bowling rods. In the opercular series of the upper edge at the point of attachment to the hyomandibular is rounded and the front of the opercular series is jagged. Quadrate bone is long and developed and symplectic bone is roughly long and elongated. In the jawbone, maxillary mid-lateral ascending process is round or crested, in the mandibular, the dorsal part of the articular is convex and the coronoid process is flat and small.
