fa شناسایی ارتباط بین متغیرهای زیست محیطی با ساختار جوامع کف زی در یک اکوسیستم ساحلی تحت تأثیر فعالیت های انسانی؛ مطالعه موردی خلیج نای بند (شمال خلیج فارس) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این مطالعه اثر آلاینده های احتمالی موجود در منطقه پارس جنوبی بر تنوع گونه ای و فراوانی جوامع کف زی ناحیه زیر جزرومدی خلیج نای بند و عسلویه بررسی شد. سه ایستگاه با درجات متفاوت آسیب پذیری نسبت به فعالیت های صنایع نفت و گاز انتخاب شد؛ ایستگاه 1 به عنوان شاهد، ایستگاه 2 به عنوان ایستگاه با تأثیر پذیری متوسط و ایستگاه 3 به عنوان ایستگاه به شدت تحت تأثیر. نمونه برداری از رسوب در هر ایستگاه دردو فصل زمستان و تابستان (1389-1388) توسط گرب ون وین با سطح 04/0 متر مربع صورت گرفت. بیشترین تعداد افراد در مترمربع (2172)، تعداد گونه (68)، شاخص تنوع شانون (49/3) و یکنواختی پیلو (86/0) در ایستگاه شاهد و به دنبال آن ایستگاه 3 و 2 مشاهده شد. همچنین همبستگی معنی داری بین تغییرات فاکتورهای محیطی و فلزات سنگین و تغییرات ساختار جمعیت بی‌مهرگان مشاهده گردید. در مجموع سه ایستگاه همبستگی معنی دار بین فاکتورهای محیطی سختی کل، پتانسیل احیاء، مقدار فسفات و فلز مس با ساختار جمعیت بی مهرگان کف‌زی به دست آمد. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که آشفتگی‌های ناشی از فعالیت های صنعتی و انسانی تا حدی بر روی فاکتورهای محیطی اثر گذاشته که به تبع آن اثراتی را بر روی جوامع کف‌زی به دنبال دارد. This investigation was carried out to study the effect of probable contaminants existing in the Southern Pars region on density and species richness of macrobentic communities under tidal area in Nayband Bay and to determine the environmental parameters caused by human activities which influence the Benthic communities of this region. Three stations were selected that were different in terms of susceptibility to activity of oil and gas industries in the region. Station 1 was considered as the control station (Haleh) station 2 and station 3 as a station with moderate susceptibility and very high susceptibility, respectively. Sampling from sediment in each station was carried out in two winter and summer seasons (2009 – 2010) by Van veen grab with area of 0.04 m2. Further, water sampling from the depth of 1.5 meter was done using Rotner sampling bottle. The highest individuals (2172) and species (68) per m2, Shannon index (3.54) and Pielou uniformity (0.84) were observed in the control station and then in the stations 3 and 2, respectively. The highest were obtained in the control region. Also, the results showed a significant correlation between changes of environmental factors and changes of heavy metals and of population structure of macro benthic in different stations. In all three stations, significant correlations were observed between environmental factors including total hardness, reduction potential, amount of phosphate and copper and structure of macro benthic (Pw= 0.70).
