fa مطالعه تاکسونومیکی گونه‌های مژه‌داران (راسته: Holotricha) رودخانه و مخزن سد زاینده‌رود تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:16px;">مژه‌داران یکی از بزرگ‌ترین گروه پروتوزوآ هستند که در اغلب محیط‌های آبی یافت می‌شوند. مژه‌داران حلقه واسط انتقال انرژی از پیکوپلانکتون‌ها به زئوپلانکتون‌ها هستند، همچنین به‌عنوان اندیکاتور، پاکیزگی و آلودگی آب‌ها را مشخص می‌کنند. با توجه به نقش‌های مهمی که مژه‌داران در روابط اکولوژیکی اکوسیستم‌های آبی بر عهده دارند، جهت انجام مطالعات اکولوژیکی، شناسایی آن‌ها از جنبه‌های مورفولوژیکی و جایگاه تاکسونومیکی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر حاصل مطالعه روی مژه‌داران پلانکتون و پریفیتون (periphyton) نمونه‌برداری شده از رودخانه و دریاچه سد زاینده‌رود است. در این تحقیق مژه‌داران راسته Holotricha از 8 ایستگاه در رودخانه زاینده‌رود و 4 ایستگاه در دریاچه سد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. جهت شناسایی گونه‌ها از منابع معتبر متعددی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده شامل 45 گونه از 30 جنس و 19 خانواده است. تعداد 9خانواده متعلق به زیر راسته Gymnostomata، 3 خانواده متعلق به زیر راسته Trichostomata و7 خانواده متعلق به زیر راسته Hymenostomata اختصاص دارد. در این مطالعه از مژه‌داران، تعداد 45 گونه جدید برای منطقه موردمطالعه و تعداد 25 گونه جدید برای اکوسیستم‌های آبی کشور برای اولین بار گزارش می‌شود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="line-height:115%">Ciliates are among the largest classes of protozoans. They can be found in almost every aquatic environment. Ciliates serve as an intermediate link in the energy transfer chain from picoplankton to zooplankton. They also serve as indicators of water eutrophication and pollution. Given the important roles that ciliates play in the ecology of aquatic ecosystems, their identification, morphological aspects, and taxonomic position are of great importance in order to conduct ecological studies. The present research aims to identify and study the plankton and periphyton ciliates of the Zayandeh Rud river and the reservoir. The identifications were done using the available keys and catalogs. As a result, 45 species from 30 genera and 19 families were identified in this study. There are nine families belonging to the suborder Gymnostomata, three families belonging to the suborder of Trichostomata, and seven families belonging to the suborder Hymenostomata.
