fa مطالعه اثر دانه‌بندی بستر و تغییر فصل بر ساختار اجتماعات ماکروبنتوزهای خط ساحلی جنوب و جنوب شرقی دریای خزر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این مطالعه اثر دانه بندی بستر و تغییر فصل بر ساختار اجتماعات ماکروبنتوزهای خط ساحلی جنوب و جنوب شرقی دریای خزر طی یک سال به صورت فصلی و با استفاده از مغزه‌گیر دستی بررسی شدند. نمونه‌برداری از رسوب در چهار ایستگاه با بسترهای متفاوت انجام شد. نتایج آزمون PERMANOVA حاکی از وجود اثر متقابل معنی&not;دار میان فصل و ایستگاه&not;های نمونه&not;برداری بود و ترکیب گونه&not;ای غالب در هر ایستگاه با تغییر فصل متفاوت بود. جنس Stenogammarus sp. و گونه&not;های A. improvisus و P. eichwaldiana با ترتیب همانند از سهم مشارکت، نقش بارزی در عدم تشابه 100 درصدی میان سواحل بندر ترکمن و ساری در تابستان، زمستان و بهار داشتند. در تمامی فصول، جنس&not; Stenogammarus sp. به‌طور غالب در اکثریت تکرارهای نمونه‌برداری با فراوانی یکنواخت در ساحل ساری حضور داشت. در ایستگاه&not;های خواجه نفس-آشوراده و سیسنگان به ترتیب گونه&not;های C. albidus و C. littoralis طی چهار فصل غالب بودند. بر اساس گراف dbRDA، متغیرهای مقدار ماده آلی و ضریب هدایت الکتریکی در تابستان؛ شوری، pH و سیلت در پاییز؛ مقدار ماده آلی رسوب و pH در زمستان و مقدار ماده آلی و درصد رس در رسوب در بهار بیشترین نقش را در پراکندگی ماکروبنتوزها و اختلاف فراوانی آن‌ها در بسترهای متفاوت داشتند.&nbsp; <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">In this study, we investigated the effects of sediment grain size and seasonal change on the structure of macrobenthic communities in the south and southeastern shorelines of the Caspian Sea for one year using a hand corer. </span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="color:black">Sediment sampling was performed at four stations (Sari, Sisangan, Khajeh Nafs-Ashuradeh, and Bandar-e-Turkmen wharf) with different substrates. Results of </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">PERMANOVA</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="color:black"> analysis showed a significant interaction effect between the season and the sampling station. The dominant species composition varied in each station at different seasons. <i>Stenogammarus</i> sp. and <i>A. improvisus</i> and <i>P. eichwaldiana</i> contributed to 100% dissimilarity between Bandar-e-Turkmen and Farahabad shorelines in summer, winter, and spring. In all seasons, <i>Stenogammarus </i>sp. was dominantly present in most sampling replications with a uniform frequency at the Sari shoreline. <i>C. albidus</i> and <i>C. littoralis</i> species were dominant in Khajeh Nafs-Ashuradeh and Sisangan stations during four seasons, respectively.
