In this study, the effects of Zeotene as a natural mineral dietary complement were studied on some growth parameters and hematology of common carp (Cyprinus carpio). 180 fish (mean weight 20.3±0.1g) were randomly divided into control group, treatments 1, 2, and 3 fed with diets containing 0 (control), 2, 4, and 8 g/Kg Zeotene, respectively for 8 weeks. The results showed that final weight, weight gain, specific growth rate, and RBCs in treatments 1 and 2 were significantly higher compared to the control group and other treatments (P<0.05). Hematocrit, hemoglobin, and WBCs were significantly lower in treatment 3 compared to the control group and other treatments (P<0.05) but there were no significant differences between treatments 1 and 2 and the control group (P>0.05). According to WBCs differential count, the highest percentage of lymphocytes and neutrophils were related to treatments 1 and 2, respectively which were significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.05). According to the findings of this research, adding Zeotene to the common carp diet can improve growth parameters and hematological indices.
